Sample License

This License governs how you may use the audio samples and loops in any Dan Mayopack you buy (the “Samples”). When you purchase a pack, you accept this License. In short: make music with them freely; don't give the raw sounds away.
What you can do
- Use the Samples in your own music and productions (tracks, beats, songs, scores, sound design, and similar works).
- Release that music commercially, including on streaming platforms, in films, games, ads, and other media, royalty-free. You owe us nothing further once the Samples are part of your own work.
- Edit, chop, pitch, layer, and process the Samples however you like within your productions.
- Use them on an unlimited number of your own commercial and non-commercial projects.
What you can't do
- Resell, redistribute, or share the raw Samples, whether on their own, modified, or as part of another sample pack, preset pack, sound library, or construction kit.
- Repackage the Samples, or pass them off as your own sample library or sound design for others to use as source material.
- Upload the Samples to sample libraries, sound-effect sites, file-sharing services, AI training datasets, or stock-audio marketplaces.
- Distribute the Samples in a form where they can be extracted and used as standalone sounds by someone else (for example, as isolated one-shots or loops, or inside an instrument or preset you share).
The line is simple: the Samples are for your productions. They are not yours to hand on as raw sounds.
Ownership
The Samples remain the intellectual property of Dan Mayo. This License grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the Samples themselves. Your finished music is yours.
The Yak Delay plugin
The Yak Delay plugin, included with the Everything Bundle, is licensed for your personal use and is subject to its own provider's terms where applicable. It may not be redistributed or shared.
If this License is breached
Redistributing or reselling the raw Samples ends this License automatically and may infringe our copyright. If you're unsure whether a particular use is allowed, just ask first.
