Who is the data controller

The Dan Mayo store is operated by Dan Mayo, a sole proprietor based in Israel. Dan is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have privacy questions or want to exercise your rights below, write to hello@mayodrummer.com.

What we store

• Your email address, so you can sign in and re-download what you own.
• Purchase and ownership records: which packs and bundle you own, your order history, and (for bundle owners) your Yak Delay serial. This is how your downloads keep working.
• Your name, if the checkout provides it, shown on your order records.

We do not store your full payment card details. Those are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small set of trusted services to run the Store. Each handles only what it needs to:

• Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Processes payments and issues receipts; handles your billing details and applicable tax.
• Upstash, the database that stores your email and ownership/purchase records.
• Cloudflare R2, private file storage that serves your pack downloads through time-limited links.
• Resend, which sends transactional email, such as your one-time sign-in links.

Analytics and cookies

We use two analytics services to understand how the Store is used and to measure our advertising. Neither needs to know who you are personally:

• Google Analytics 4, which records page views, clicks, and a randomly generated session identifier. It helps us see which packs people open and where the site can be better.
• Meta Pixel, which records page views and purchase events so we can measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

The Store also sets a small number of cookies:

• Functional cookies we set ourselves (mayo_customer for your sign-in, mayo_admin for the admin panel, plus session cookies for the cart). These are required for the site to work.
• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (typically _ga, _ga_*, _fbp). These help us measure traffic and ads.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or by using an ad-blocker without breaking the Store. We don't sell your data to third parties.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver what you bought, let you sign in and re-download, provide support, measure how the Store is used, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your ownership and purchase records for as long as you have an account with us, so your downloads keep working, and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion of your account data. Note that deleting your records will remove your access to past downloads. To make a request, email hello@mayodrummer.com.
